Update on how we are handling COVID 19
As experts in specialist care, for those with complex needs, our people fall into the higher risk category within the general population, and we are therefore taking every possible step to minimise the risk to them and our colleagues.
We’ve implemented a number of precautionary measures and are pleased to say that we have had no significant outbreak issues. We are closely monitoring the situation and following the Government’s guidelines and advice.
Rest assured our services have had sufficient stocks of PPE from the beginning of the crisis and the people we support and staff have been supported throughout.
As the Government starts to ease the lockdown we hope to be able to advise you soon of measures that we can introduce for you to come and visit loved ones in a safe and managed environment.
If you have any questions at all as to how we are managing the COVID 19 crisis then please do not hesitate to call us we are more than happy to be open and transparent about how we are doing.
