At Helme Hall, we provide specialist therapy-led care and support for adults with complex needs arising from dementia, challenging behaviour, enduring mental health, neuro-disability, learning disability and brain injury.
Our therapy approach is inspired and steered by our in-house Therapy team and ensures we provide the highest possible level of support and care, using methodology of a Positive Behaviour Support Framework.
We currently have 4 specialised units, each providing a high level of quality care and support, to engage individuals to live happier and more fulfilled lives. We currently have opportunities for Support Worker/ Care Assistant / Life Skills Assistant roles within our units. The role will include supporting and caring for our individuals with everyday life to ensure that the individuals we are fortunate enough to support, have a fulfilling and happy life.
We provide specialist care and support to individuals who some may deem as challenging, as such it would be preferred that candidates have achieved an NVQ level 2 in Health & Social care or equivalent, although not essential as full training will be provided and the opportunity to sign up to NVQ or equivalent.
