Welcome to Helme Hall Ltd
At Helme Hall Ltd we provide specialist nurse-led therapy care and support for adults with complex needs arising from dementia, challenging behaviour, enduing mental health, neuro-disability, learning disability and brain injury.
Our nurse led therapy approach is inspired and steered by our in-house therapy team, and ensures we provide the highest possible level of care and support, using the methodology of a positive Behaviour Support Framework. This encourages a framework that is built on individualism and one that is person centred.
We currently have 4 specialised units, each providing a high level of quality care and support to engage individuals to live happier and more fulfilled lives. We truly believe we can strive together as an organisation to make a difference every single day in some small or large way to the lives of the wonderful individuals we are proud and fortunate enough to support.
Our company values and ethos underpin all that we do. We truly believe in investing in our teams to ensure they have the right knowledge and skills, this together with their passion to make a difference is what makes our team special, and together we can make a difference.
"I just wanted to say an huge thank you for everything you have done for my aunt. The care and love she received with you was above and beyond. You are all outstanding professionals, but also you realise the fundamentals of living a good life, in whatever stage, which is friendship, company and love. What I witnessed I will never forget. Any person in your care should consider themselves lucky and privileged"
Geoff has only been on the unit since December 2017 but the change in him is amazing. The unit is so homely and welcoming. He seemed to settle down there very quickly and has adapted to the environment well. The whole staff are so kind and considerate, not only to him, but also to us all as his family. Our only regret is that it took us so long to be aware of Helme Hall's existence and to get Geoff transferred into their care! We were anxious for a better quality of day to day life for him and we've certainly found the key!
